Now I wanted to share with you what I have been working on lately…
When I was a teenager my mom taught me how to sew, I made shorts and t-shirts, doll clothes, curtains, pillows and even my own suit (skirt and jacket). Then I just stopped. Recently I went shopping for fancy pillows only to see how expensive they were. So, I decided to try my hand at sewing again (Surely, I could remember how to sew four straight lines).
And here it is…five beautiful fancy pillows that make me happy!
So…for todays contest…I would like to know, besides scrapbooking, what other creative endevour makes you happy?

What makes me happy other than scrapbooking is knitting. I mostly stick to simple things such as scarves and dishclothes, but I find it relaxing.
What makes me happy other than Scrapbooking…..I LOVE CardMaking, Painting, Sewing, Quilting, Knitting. I also like to incorporate all of these items into my Albums or any project that I am working on.

Well, if it wasn’t a thousand degrees below freezing I would have to say, gardening. But it is at least a hundred degrees below so I will say postcard collecting. Now I know that isn’t very exciting and I should be doing something that burns calories but it is what it is, right?
Congrats on getting back to blogging. I like reading about what my friends are doing.
